To the person reading this who's been going back and forth…
I know exactly where you are right now. You've been scrolling this page, maybe for the second or third time. Part of you is excited. Part of you is terrified. And a big part of you is wondering if this is real — or just another pitch.
Let me tell you who I am, because I think it matters.
My name is Travis Estes, and I'm the CEO of DYAD Beverages. But before any of this existed, I was just like you. I worked an outside sales territory making someone else rich. I hit my numbers. I exceeded quota. I built the relationships, drove the miles, made the calls — and at the end of every year, someone else got the equity. Someone else's name was on the business. Someone else decided my ceiling.
I know what that feels like. That slow burn of knowing you're capable of more. That frustration of building something you'll never own. That voice in the back of your head that says, "I could do this on my own — I just need the right vehicle."
That's why I built DYAD Beverages. Not for people who want to buy a logo and figure it out. For people like me — operators, relationship builders, people who know how to work but want the work to finally count toward something that's theirs.
I want to be honest with you about something: business ownership may not be for you. And that's okay. Not everyone is wired for it, and there's no shame in that. But here's what I know — if you don't at least have the conversation, you'll never know. And that question will follow you. "What if I had just picked up the phone?"
So here's what I'm asking you to do. Don't sign anything. Don't commit to anything. Just have a conversation with us. That's it. Tell us about your background. Tell us what you're looking for. Ask us the hard questions — we welcome them. Let us show you the model, the numbers, the support system, and then you decide if it fits your life.
I've sat across the table from franchise owners who told me, "I almost didn't make this call." People who are now building generational businesses in their markets — and they almost let fear win. I don't want that to be your story.
The fear you're feeling? It's not a red flag. It's a green one. It means you understand what's at stake. It means you're taking this seriously. And the people who take it seriously are exactly the people who succeed in this business.
You don't need to have all the answers right now. You just need to take the next step.
I'll be on the other side of that call. And I promise you — whether you move forward or not — you'll hang up the phone knowing exactly where you stand. No pressure. No games. Just a real conversation between two people who understand what it means to bet on themselves.
Talk soon,
Travis Estes
